Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 Won’t Have Carrier Logo On Home Button

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 Wont Have Carrier Logo On Home Button Samsung Galaxy S43 300x222A Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 isn’t really a surprise to hear, especially after the success of S3, the news just got confirmed from Samsung’s official website and along with it they confirm another thing. The ugly Verizon branding on the home button is not going to be present in the new S4′s.

Nothing has been cleared up yet, so we really don’t know for sure whether Verizon took this step because of the minimal space that was available on home button or simply because of the several negative feedbacks they got for it on the Note 2. What ever the case might be, we are absolutely not complaining as long as the horrible logo on the home button doesn’t show up again on another device.

Obviously, there is going to be a Verizon logo present on the back cover of the device, but other than that, nothing is going to spoil the Galaxy S4′s design.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is another 5 inch Full HD phone but this time its the all new Exynos 5 Octa 5410 processors that we are talking about. The chip set includes a quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A15 & quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor making the device more battery efficient without compromising on performance at all.

On the software side, the Samsung Galaxy S4 comes loaded with Android v4.2.2 right out of the box which is pretty rare sight even among the Nexus devices. However, that’s not all, it has the new TouchWiz features like Smart Scroll and the support for using both the cameras simultaneously which makes the Galaxy S4 so lovable among the geeks.

Unfortunately, Verizon has still kept the release date as a mystery and everything is just a wild guess now. Speaking of wild guesses, some experts are of the opinion that since AT&T is very close to the release date, it is only matter of few weeks before we see a Verizon branded Samsung Galaxy S4 on shelves.
