Verizon HTC One Release Date Revealed By Leaked Photo?

Verizon HTC One Release Date Revealed By Leaked Photo? Verizon HTC One is one of the most awaited phones this year and while the carrier confirmed that they will be launching the device on their network ‘soon’, they never gave away an exact release date. However, a new leaked press photo has emerged which reveals a new date.

This leaked photo comes from none other than the famous Twitter leaker, @evleaks. This latest leaked image shows Thursday September 5th as the date on the phones. Of course, we might be looking into things too deep now, but there is still a possibility that this is the Verizon HTC One release date because the press photos of HTC One on AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Cincinnati Bell all show February 19th, which is the exact date when HTC launched the One.

It is also worth mentioning here that the manufacturer has already said that a Verizon HTC One release date is “soon”, so a leaked press photo would make a lot of sense, especially considering the fact that Verizon has most probably already started to make a landing page to sell the device to its future buyers.

Surprisingly enough, there is no Verizon logo to be found on the device but considering that there is a 4G LTE logo present in the status bar as well the source is none other than the @evleaks which has a very impressive track record, we highly doubt if this is a fake that we are dealing with.

That being said, if these pictures are really what they claim to be and the September 5th date indeed turns out to be the release date for Verizon HTC One, it still won’t change the fact that the device was launched almost half a year ago. So it is obviously going to face a tough time competing against soon to be launched rumored phones like iPhone 5S, Moto X and Galaxy Note 3. So Verizon might not get the same sales figures which other carriers got during the initial days of handsets.
