    • You can flash it if your phone is unlocked . i dont think a region or country matters . i tried this on 32 gb variant so i can say that works for sure idk about 16 gb though.

  2. Hi, i have LG G2 D802 32GB and i’m from Philippines, would this work with my phone and in my country? I’m currently using KitKat 4.4.2 and when ever i check for an update it will prompt that i’m using the latest OS, so i decided to try this KDZ file. Is this an official release of LG? Thanks in advance.

  3. I can confirm it works! Follow these steps and my unlocked 32GB LG G2 D802 here in United States works!

Running on the Cricket Wireless Network.

  4. thanks so much for this. my phone was bricked and i decided to try flashing this in since i already did a factory reset trying to unbrick the phone, and it comepletely worked. thanks so much guys!!!! saved my phone!

  6. When you suggest any ROM or firmware, protect your readers and for each ROM always put its MD5.

Otherwise it is better to indicate the link to the original post, so if there are problems that you do you wash your hands in any case, liability is only the user and the original forum …

  7. Thanks a lot! Works on my lg g2 32 gb, but now i have to flash a g2 with 16 gb… Does it work? Please, wait for an answer!

  8. Hi guys…

i tried this many times but flashing is stop at 2 percent. can anyone tell me why this is happening with my phone (G2 D802 32 GB)

    • I found the reason its happening coz my phone is not Original D802. its D800 but through software n some hardware changes it shows D802. if u wana check ur phone original software then go to n put ur phone imei immediately u wil see Original specs of ur phone …thnx

  9. Hello,

Thanks for this tutorial. I have a question before proceeding to install this update. Can I use this on my LG G2 D802 16 Go? (because I only noticed 32 Go devices heres). Thanks again!

    • do get into download mode
Your phone must be turned off before starting the steps from this guide.
So, press power button and select “power off”.
Then, press the volume up button on your LG G2.
While you are holding the volume up button, plug in your phone’s USB cable.
Keep pressing the Volume up button until the download mode is being displayed.
Now the phone will install some drivers – it should take around 10 minutes to complete; the best will be to let your device install the mentioned drivers.
Also, when updating your LG G2 by using download mode, don’t unplug the USB cable while the flashing process is running as you can end up in damaging or even in bricking your LG G2.
Now, you can return to Android OS by pressing the power button; keep pressing power button until the LG logo appears – then you can safely unplug the USB cord.

  10. My phone is not switching on after the update it starts – logo comes- then shows android is upgrading, optimising app xx(number) of xxx(number) and is showed dont turn off the phone until complete, after this the phone restarted with new looks and then not connecting to the cellular network it keeps showing a popup “unfortunately the process has stopped” but all my previous software and settings are intact as before.

Any suggestions how to correct this??
